  • The money I spent on the upgrade was a pittance compared to the returns I’m now getting. It has become clear that a serious Rosie’s outlet needs to invest in regular upgrades to maintain profits.   • We had a Country Fried Chicken here for many years before we did the Rosie’s makeover, but Rosie’s is much more popular. Everyone says so and were doing much bigger volumes. The Rosie’s salads are also doing really well. Rosie’s products represent about 60% of all sales. Put simply, Rosie’s is a great product, great eye-catching packaging and great support. I would highly recommend the Rosie’s makeover.

  • Rosie’s is working very well for us. We have customers coming in just to buy the Rosie’s Chicken and everyone keeps coming back for more. I even had a traveller come in who saw our Rosie’s sign on the highway, and was so happy we sold Rosie’s Chicken. He bought a 9 piece pack and said we had made his day.   • Rosie’s is doing very bloody well. Turnover is up big time; it is making a significant difference. It’s done more than I expected. Had carnival in town last week and we sold 370+ chickens and 60 cartons of chips. We do 10-15 Wraps, 10-15 Turkish and 4-5 Salad Bowls per day. Rosie’s Salad Bar has been drawing in the tourists. Locals just want the chicken and chips and they can’t get enough of it.

  • We are doing approximately 70 birds a week and holding strong, it did go up to 90 birds but dropped in summer. We do expect it to increase again heading into the cooler months. Wraps we are doing approx 45 per week, 30-35 Turkish per week and 60 plus Fillet Burgers per week. The salad bowls we do a couple a day. Our staff are comfortable with the system and have a good handle on things. We are now doing catering also. We haven’t looked back we are very happy with everything.

  • We swapped over to Rosie’s from a previous chicken system (CFC) and the results were one word: Amazing! We are selling “heaps of everything” and we had to order more bread straight away because our salad bar is flying out the door. We get so many requests for Rosie’s salad bar and the Rosie’s chicken in products. We are doing about 50 packs a day on top of our burgers/poppers and wingalings.

  • AWESOME! Turnover – $500 per day. Last 6 months have been down due to large highway upgrade, but regardless, this last financial year was up 45% due to the decision to proceed with Rosie’s. Installing Rosie’s was one of the best business decisions we’ve made. 280 birds in the first 28 days of trading Rosie’s plus 180 kg’s of breast meat. Added 2-4 cartons of chips per week to existing chip sales. Own product sales improved. It’s taken off like an absolute rocket. Happy to recommend Rosie’s to anyone and am more than happy to be called as a testament to the success of the Rosie’s system.

  • Turnover doubled in the first week. By third week, turnover had been calculated as going from $11,000 to $26,000. Now averaging 70 birds per week. When Rosie’s was installed it doubled the food turnover, we are just short of the first year and this has stayed consistent. We are very happy with Rosie’s and are consistently doing 50 birds a week.
